How much is shipping to my country?
Shipping prices vary based on your country and the weight of your package!
Please keep in mind heavier pins will cost more to ship, as well as buying more products.
For UK buyers, it is not necessary to buy signed, we ship UK packages with First Class therefore it should still arrive to you within 1-4 days (delays up to a month can happen).
For customers outside of the UK, we only offer tracked and/or signed shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide so probably yes, but you can double check on Royal Mail's website. If they have your country in their list then we cannot ship to your address.

When will I receive my package?
We try to ship packages as soon as possible, but it's only two people managing this account.
Usually we ship packages within 1-2 weeks.
UK buyers should receive their packages within a week.
International buyers should receive their packages within a month, sometimes it can take up to a bit longer.
Keep in mind, we have heard from customers who have received their packages after 2-3 months (both international and domestic order).

Can you hold my orders?
No. We do NOT hold orders anymore! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you combine my orders?
Yes, we can combine up to 3 orders maximum!
Send us an email (mellowsisters@gmail.com) with the subject:
"Combine order *insert your full name here*".
Please include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBERS in the email.
As soon as your package is shipped, we will refund you the extra shipping cost (if there's any)!

How can I pay?
You can pay by Credit/Debit cards or by PayPal.
NO cash on delivery!

My package got lost, can you resend it?
Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for lost packages, although we will try our best to help out. If you chose non tracked/signed shipping we won't be able to help to find your package.
We only offer tracked shipping internationally, but some countries only do signed or standard shipping (e.g.: Philippines, Mexico & Puerto Rico)
Damaged items: we pack every item as carefully as possible! It is out of our hand what happens to the package after we drop them off at the post office and they send them out. Please keep in mind sending you a new package cause us a big loss. If you decide you would like to get a new item, you need to buy it again.
Our apologies, but we are only a small business and we can't afford to replace every damaged item caused by the courier.

Which shipping option do I need to choose?
For UK orders: you can choose standard first class or tracked 24
For USA orders: you have only 1 option, USPS tracked
For Europe: you need to choose Tracked (Europe only)
For Hawaii and Alaska orders: you need to choose Tracked (USA only)
For Asia, South America, Africa, United Arab Emirates etc: you need to choose Tracked/Signed (Everywhere else)
If you do not choose the right shipping option, we will message you to pay for the right amount. If you do NOT do that within 1 week, your order will be canceled.
